Wish Lantern USA always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do better next time! You can return an unused product to us within 28 days for a refund provided it is in a resalable condition – we charge a $10 processing fee for returned items and we do not refund the cost of postage and packaging that you have paid.

We will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that are defective within the first year. When returning a product, please contact us to confirm exact details by emailing contact@wishlantern.com. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you.We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.

If you are returning an item please call our order line to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the fault is proved to be with the product, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us.

Delivery Policy

We deliver all goods by FedEx delivery or by regular mail. All orders received before 2.00pm are dispatched the same day. We do not charge your card until the date of despatch – although Google may initiate a charge earlier dependent on its security procedures.
